Business mentoring for sales growth is designed from the ground up to help business owners and client-based businesses take the ideas they have in their heads and make them a reality.

Sales Mentorship is my [90-day] experience where I will personally work with you to hone in on business strategies that deliver you sales growth. This entails planning your offer, building your online presence and getting you more leads for your business.

Weekly Breakdown of what we will cover:

Week 1: Setting the Foundation

In the first week, we will be doing goal setting we will be breaking down exactly where you are in your business. Clearly identifying the roadblocks in your way and creating the path for you to follow to reach your goals.

On top of this, we will be diving deep into your current bottlenecks in your business and identifying the key actions we will need to take in order to get your business to the next level.

I will be leaving no stone unturned going through your business and creating the perfect tailored plan for you to reach your goals.

This week will be a very eye-opening week as you will have a second set of eyes going through your business model and clearly identifying the actions and systems you will need to leverage in order to reach your goals.

Week 2: Mastering the Roadmap

In the second week, we will be focusing on only one thing “The Gap” the space between where you are and where you want to be.

This week will be game-changing as we will be implementing everything you need along with my experience, systems, and sales tools that I have been cultivating for close to three decades.

Once we start identifying and implementing the action required to reach the goals along with my strategies and systems we will be easily able to overcome the obstacles in our path and setting the roadmap to actually reaching and hitting your business goals.

Week 3: Taking action & Following the plan

In the third week, we will be reviewing the action we took from our action plans in weeks one and two.

We will be reviewing the action that happened and what happened as a result.

I will be carefully tracking the results we have gotten and iterating our processes if need be.

We’re going to make a transition from theory and concepts to the real world with real-life sales calls, getting leads, and closing new clients. The sales theory ends here, this is where the rubber meets the road and things start to happen.

Week 4: Escaping vanity metrics and getting results

In the fourth week, we will be focusing on results only.

This week we will be escaping the vanity metrics and just focus on getting you, new clients, and customers.

We will be focusing on the roadmap and following through to reach the results as well as pivoting and iterating processes as I review your results.

Week 5 - 6: Building Permanent Results

During the final two weeks, we will be focusing on turning what we have been creating into permanent results that last.

We will be executing and breaking old routines and turning them into permanent actions and habits that last so you don’t start reverting back to old actions that gave little results.

Once we start turning the new systems, tactics, and actions you have been cultivating in the past few weeks into permanent action and systems you will start to create new goals and roadmaps having fully understood the actions you will need to take in order to reach your goals.

Changing your business habits to permanent change is a very exciting and fun process. We will be removing the old systems and tactics that you have relied on up until this point and installing brand new systems, tracking systems, and tactics to reaching all the sales goals you require.

Week 6: Putting it all together and reaching your goal

In the final week, we will be wrapping up the mentorship program. We will be going back over the entire six weeks changing and iterating your business and systems with all the feedback we will be giving you.

On top of this, we will be creating another roadmap for you after the program to continue using all the systems, tactics, and strategies you have learned in the past six weeks.

We will be going back over everything that we have covered up until this point and really dialling into your KPI’s and actions so that you have a crystal clear sales roadmap that you can follow, repeat and change for many years to come.

Once you understand everything we have been covering in this program up until this point you will be able to create new sales goals easily and effortlessly!
